15 minute introductory telephone call
We will arrange a mutually convenient time for a free 15 minute introductory telephone call, and then if you would like to go ahead we can arrange your first session from there.

50 Minute Telephone or Online Counselling Session
These will take place over the phone or via Teams if you prefer.

How do I pay for my sessions?
Sessions can be paid for by bank transfer. Unfortunately, if payment is not received before the start of your session it may not go ahead, so please let me know if you are having any difficulties.
